Opportunities at Millcreek Community Hospital and Millcreek Manor
We, the employees, management and board of Millcreek Community Hospital and
Millcreek Manor are proud of the friendly environment and family atmosphere that make working
here a pleasure.
- With our understanding of community needs and vision to serve,
we have created a close-knit, professional team.
- Through our strong work ethic and
personal patient service, we have achieved high levels of customer satisfaction.
- As a
premier teaching hospital, we have developed a unique environment of sharing and commitment.
- Our staff don't have to go through 4 layers of management to accomplish their jobs or
resolve issues. For example, nurses can go to unit leaders, then directly to the Director of
Patient care services
As a result, few employees tend to leave MCH or
the Manor, But new opportunities are created through our growth and expansion.
If you strongly believe in respect, care, quality and joy in the workplace, and for
our patients, their families, and the community we serve, we encourage you to investigate a
career at our hospital and enhance your opportunities for personal and professional growth. We
look forward to hearing from you.
