The Millcreek Community Hospital (MCH) and LECOM School of Pharmacy Pharmacy Practice Residency is a twelve-month program established to meet the goals of general practitioners according to American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) standards. The residency provides a substantial teaching component as well as the opportunity to work with health care professionals in an intra disciplinary, multiple practice environment. A large focus of the residency program is spent in academia and teaching because of the association with a School of Pharmacy, a College of Medicine, and with a Community / Teaching hospital.
