Millcreek Community Hospital offers state of the art comprehensive testing through the
Laboratory and Radiology departments. We believe that every patient should receive the highest
quality of care, delivered with compassion and respect.
Radiology
We are available to meet your urgent
needs twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, with flexible scheduling for outpatient testing
procedures.
Flexible scheduling is available to meet a busy lifestyle in CAT Scan, MRI,
Nuclear Medicine, Dexa Scan, Ultrasound and Mammography.
All other x-ray procedures may be
performed on a walk-in basis during our extensive outpatient hours of 7:00AM through 7:00 PM

Equipment
The department has two radiographic rooms, one
fluoroscopic room, a quad slice CT scanner, and a 1.5 Tesla magnetic resonance unit. General
Ultrasound and doppler ultrasound is available with various part specific trandsducers that aid in
better visualization of interest areas.
The Diagnostic Imaging Department conducts
examinations in general diagnostic radiology, which include:
- Plain films (such as
X-Rays and Fluoroscopic examinations)
- Cross-sectional imaging (including Computed
Tomography, a.k.a., CT or CAT scans; Magnetic Resonance Imaging, a.k.a., MRI, and
Ultrasonography)
- Nuclear medicine
Laboratory
The MCH Laboratory offers comprehensive inpatient
and outpatient laboratory services, encompassing both clinical and anatomic pathology, managed by
our team of pathologists and other professionals. The division of anatomic pathology is comprised
of:
- Surgical pathology (histology)
- Exfoliative cytology
The division of clinical pathology provides:
- Blood bank
- Chemistry

- Limited microbiology

Parking
Parking is free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Lots are
